How long it will take to get my order? +

We will quiqkly start the production of your products within 2 to 4 days after order 

Then you have to count the shipping time:

  • For France, shipping is 2-3 working days.
  • In the European Union the announced delay is 3 to 10 working days
  • In the rest of the world, the delay is 5 to 14 working days
Do you ship overseas? +

Yes, ship all over the world from France. Please be aware that Costums costs could be applied to orders for countries outside the EU.

Delivery is always tracked, and we automatically forward the tracking information to your store. We always select the least expensive shipping method for each of your orders items, and always try to group your items together (if several of your orders items are addressed to the same recipient, they can be grouped together in a single package).

Lost order +

If you think your package may be lost. Please call the courier company and provide them with your tracking number as soon as possible.

If you are unsure of where to find your tracking number, it was sent via a shipping conformation E-mail. Please be sure to check your Spam folder as sometimes it can land in there.

Sizing +

If you are unsure of what would be the correct fit for you please refer to our easy to understand size charts.

You will find a clickable size chart button under the product image on the product page.

Simply refer to the chart, take a measuring stick and measure the length and width of something you already have that fits you. Then compare this and find the closest size from the chart to make a decision on what size of ours would work for you.

Returns & Refunds +
  • If your parcel shows obvious signs of transport damage, you should refuse delivery and inform us immediately.
  • If there is a manufacturing error during printing (printing error, sizing error on our part...) or if an item is damaged during shipping, we ask you to provide us with a photo of the damaged product in question, a description of the problem and the order number. If the photo is not significant enough, we will ask you to return the product. Once we have received this information from you, and once we have identified a clear quality problem, we will reprint and send a new product to you.
  • Please note that all complaints about product quality must be reported within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a possible reprint: we will ask you to provide us with concrete evidence of the defect. If it turns out that the error is real (and not due to mishandling by the end customer), we will proceed with a new shipment of the product.
  • Furthermore, in certain cases (visual problems, incorrect addressing, etc.) we may need to contact you to inform you of the problem in question so that we can find a solution. If you do not reply within 14 days, the order will be cancelled, without any refund from us.

Overall Rebeliever is a very small business operated by one individual, me (Diana) and so, if you could please be sure that you’ve checked our sizing charts and chosen the size that would fit you correctly, this would be a huge help to us in reducing unnecessary returns and very much appreciated :)
